Portfolio Concentrate Solutions U.C. of 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland (as Event Organiser)
By signing up to register your interest for a ticket to the Gatorade Run the Circuit(Event), the participant (you) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Date of event

Thursday, 2nd of July, 6:00-7:30am

Details on entry

You will be required to provide:

• First name and last name
• Ticket holder email address (used to •validate your Silverstone ticket)
• Personal email address (used for communications about this Event, if different)
• Campsite eligibility
• Estimated 5.8km completion time

All event tickets will be issued to the Silverstone ticket account associated with the ticket holder email address. All event communications (including confirmation of ticket, event details, and event updates) will be sent to the personal email address provided at registration.

Number of places available

300 allocated on a first come first serve basis.

Timing for entry

The entry window will open at 12:00 on the 19th of June and will close at the earlier of 23:59 on the 28th of June or when all available spaces have been allocated, whichever comes first.

How to enter

To express interest in participating in the Event, you must:

1. Visit the official Gatorade landing page.
2. Complete and submit the registration form in full using the ticket holder’s email address associated with your Silverstone ticket booking.
3. Provide accurate details, including campsite eligibility and confirmation that you are aged 18 or over.
4. Submit your entry by 23:59 on the 28th of June (end of day).


Upon submission, you receive an email confirming receipt of your entry from Gatorade. This does not constitute confirmation of participation.
Submitting the registration form constitutes an expression of interest only. Your place is not confirmed until you receive a separate confirmation email and event ticket from Silverstone.
Your event ticket will only be issued to the Silverstone ticket account linked to the ticket holder email address provided.
All event communications, including confirmation of ticket and event details, will be sent to the personal email address provided at registration by Gatorade.

Eligibility

This Event is open only to individuals who:

• Hold a valid Silverstone ticket
• Are staying in Abbey Meadows or Woodcote Fields campsites
• Are aged 18 or over at the time of entry (before 23:59 on the 28th of June).

Proof of eligibility may be required. Entries that do not meet all eligibility criteria will be disqualified.

Entry Process

• Entry is via submission of the official Gatorade landing page form.
• Only one entry per person is permitted. Tickets may not be transferred.
• Duplicate or incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
• Entries must be received by 23:59 on the 28th of June (end of day). Late entries will not be accepted.

Selection & Allocation

Participants will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, based on the timestamp of valid entries received before 23:59 on 28 June (end of day), subject to eligibility and validation.

All entries will be validated against Silverstone ticket holder data using the email address provided at entry.

A maximum of 300 participants will be accepted.

Entries that cannot be validated, including due to email mismatch, invalid ticket status, ineligible accommodation, or capacity being reached, will be unsuccessful.

Confirmation of Participation

If your entry is successful, your event ticket will be issued to the Silverstone ticket account associated with your original booking (lead booker account). You must present this ticket to participate.
All event communications, including confirmation messaging and event details, will be sent to the personal email address provided at registration by Gatorade.

• The confirmation email will include your event ticket and event details, including instructions for participation.
• Confirmation emails and tickets will be issued latest by 23:59 on 30 June (end of day).
• Only participants who receive this confirmation email are permitted to attend the Event.
• If you are not allocated a place, you will not receive further communication.
• Participants who have not received a confirmation email by 23:59 on the 30th of June should consider their entry unsuccessful.

Fitness and medical responsibility

a) You agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are sufficiently fit and healthy enough to safely participate in the Event and to seek any and all required medical advice, recommendations, and clearances prior to arriving at and participating in the Event, if and as applicable.

b) You acknowledge the Event involves physical exertion and outdoor conditions and you agree to disclose to Event medical personnel any known medical conditions, allergies or medications relevant to your participation.

Health confirmations

You confirm that:

a) You agree that it is your sole responsibility to determine whether you are sufficiently fit and healthy enough to safely participate in the Event and to seek any and all required medical advice, recommendations, and clearances prior to arriving at and participating in the Event, if and as applicable.

b) You acknowledge the Event involves physical exertion and outdoor conditions and you agree to disclose to Event medical personnel any known medical conditions, allergies or medications relevant to your participation.
Health confirmations
You confirm that:
i. You are (and, at the time of the Event, will be) in good health and in proper physical and mental condition to participate in the Event;

ii. You have not (and, at the time of the Event, will not be) under the influence of a banned substances (including illicit drugs and performance-enhancing substances), alcohol or any prescription drugs that may in any way impair your ability to safely participate in the Event; and

iii. You have sufficiently trained for the Event and to the best of your knowledge, confirm that you are not suffering from a condition, illness, injury or other physical disability or impairment that may prevent and/or render you unfit to participate in the Event.

Directions, compliance and medical treatment

a) You agree to follow all directions and take any and all precautions set forth or recommended by the Event Organiser and their representatives, and you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, regulatory authorities and/or medical professionals in relation to the Event.

b) You consent to receive such first aid and/or medical aid or treatment (including ambulance transport) that may be deemed reasonably advisable by Event medical personnel in the event you suffer an injury, accident and/or illness during the Event. You are responsible for all associated costs to the extent permitted by law.

c) You accept all responsibility for travel and medical insurance and for payment and/or reimbursement of medical/surgical expenses that you may incur as a result of your participation in the Event.

Right to refuse participation

You agree that the Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse your participation or refuse you to continue participating in the Event for any reason, including for safety reasons or if you have, in the Event Organiser’s reasonable opinion, breached these Terms and Conditions or venue rules, failed alcohol/drug screening (if conducted), or engaged in disorderly, unsafe or offensive conduct.

Age requirements

You must be 18 years or older to participate in the Event.

Risks and recreational services notice

a) You understand and agree that participating in the Event involves risks and dangers which include, without limitation, the potential for minor and/or serious bodily injury, permanent disability, paralysis and death or mental trauma; loss or damage of property; exposure to extreme conditions and circumstances; accidents, illness, contact or collision with other participants, spectators, vehicles or other natural or manmade objects; dangers arising from adverse weather conditions (e.g. wind, rain, heat, etc.); imperfect course conditions; natural and manmade water, road and surface hazards; animals; inadequate safety measures; participants of varying skill levels; medical or emergency aid (or lack thereof); situations and circumstances beyond the immediate control of the Event Organiser; the inherent risk of contracting illness(es) including, without limitation, any respiratory or other illness which may exist anywhere people gather and are present, including the Event, and/or experiencing any resulting harms including, without limitation, death, fever, weight loss, irreversible pulmonary respiratory and/or neurological system damage, mental or emotional distress, temporary or permanent disability, loss of income, loss of employment, loss of financial or other opportunities, medical expenses (which may or may not be covered by insurance), cleaning expenses, loss of licenses and similar approvals by any regulatory or self-regulatory body, investigation and other harms and lost opportunities, whether economic, reputational or otherwise (collectively, the Harms); other undefined harm or damage which may not be readily foreseeable; and any other presently unknown risks and dangers (collectively, the Risks). You understand that these Risks may be caused in whole or in part by your own actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others participating in the Event, and/or the acts, inaction or negligence of the Event Organiser, and you hereby expressly assume all such Risks and responsibility for any damages, liabilities, losses or expense which you incur as a result of or in connection with your entry into and participation in the Event. If you observe any Risks during your presence at, participation in, and/or attendance of, the Event or any portion thereof, you will immediately notify the nearest official and/or personnel of the Event Organiser and use best efforts to remove yourself from exposure to the Risks.

b) Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to this, the Event Organiser are not responsible for any loss or damage you suffer in connection with the Event, unless it is caused by Event Organiser negligence.

Liability and indemnity

a) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded by law. Where liability cannot be excluded by law but can be limited, the Event Organisers limit their liability to (at their option) resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services supplied again.

b) To the extent permitted by law and subject to clause 7(b) and 8(a):

i. you release the Event Organiser (and their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, contractors and agents) (Released Parties) from any liability for loss, injury or damage of any description in relation to your attendance and participation at the Event; and

ii. you indemnify the Released Parties against all liability, loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms and Conditions, your unlawful, unsafe, negligent or intentional acts or omissions, or your misuse of any property or equipment, except to the extent caused or contributed to by the Released Parties’ negligence, unlawful or reckless conduct.

Apparel and conduct

a) You agree that you will participate in the Event wearing appropriate clothing for exercise or physical exertion, and that you are not permitted to wear:

i. any costume or novelty clothing; or

ii. clothing that bears a nation’s flag or a political statement, graphic or design (or any statement, graphic or design that could reasonably be inferred as political in nature).

b) You must wear any bib or identifier provided and comply with all safety instructions, starting group allocations and course rules.

Prohibited devices and property

You agree that you will not participate in the Event using roller skates, roller blades, skateboards, bicycles, scooters, dogs/animals or any non-traditional form of running shoe. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all property you bring to the Event and understand that the Event Organiser do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to this property. Drones, glass, weapons, fireworks and hazardous items are prohibited. Bag checks may be conducted.

Photography, filming and publicity consent

You grant the Event Organiserand their sponsors, contractors and suppliers engaged in connection with the Event a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free irrevocable, transferable and sublicensable right to use (and to permit other to use) your name, image, voice, likeness, photograph, interview and statement in broadcasts, telecasts, webcasts, media press materials, promotional materials, digital content, social media, select merchandise and otherwise in connection with the Event and the promotion of Gatorade, PepsiCo activities, without further notice or compensation. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights you may have in such materials. If you wish to opt out of close-up photography where reasonably practicable, please notify Event staff on the day.

Event changes, cancellations and refunds

a) You acknowledge that the Event might be altered on short notice, including changing the start time, and you acknowledge that such changes do not entitle you to compensation. All other consequential, indirect or special loss or damage is excluded.

b) The Event Organiser is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control (including severe weather, public health orders, emergency services directions, venue or track safety issues or security incidents).

Attendance Conditions and precedence

The parties agree that the Attendance Conditions for the FORMULA 1 PIRELLI BRITISH GRAND PRIX 2026 apply to the Event. o the extent of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Attendance Conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail.

DATA PRIVACY

The Event Organiser will collect and process personal data provided by you in connection with your registration and participation in the Event, including your name, email address and other information submitted via the registration form, as well as the ticket holder’s email address where this is provided for validation purposes.

Your personal data will be used solely for the purposes of: (i) administering and managing your registration and participation in the Event; (ii) validating your eligibility, including by matching your details against Silverstone ticket holder records; (iii) facilitating ticket allocation, event logistics, and participant communications; and (iv) to validate eligibility using the email address of the participant and/or the ticket holder.

In order to deliver the Event, your personal data will be shared with Silverstone Circuits Limited, who will independently process your data for the purposes of validating eligibility and issuing event tickets. The legal basis for this processing is that it is necessary for the performance of a contract with you, namely your participation in the Event.

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to administer the Event and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

You have the right to request access to your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, and request deletion of your data in accordance with applicable law. Further information on how to exercise these rights is available in the Event Organiser’s privacy policy.

Where you provide personal data relating to another individual (such as the ticket holder), you confirm that you are authorised to provide such information and that you have informed them that their personal data will be processed for the purposes of the Event.

General

a) If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

b) A failure or delay in exercising any right is not a waiver.

c) The Event Organisers may update these Terms and Conditions by notice (including on the Event website) where reasonably necessary for safety, legal or operational reasons, provided that changes will not materially reduce your rights in respect of tickets already purchased except as required by law.

d) These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
