Sign in with the email you used at checkout and go to My Account → Subscription Management. (Your account is automatically created when you purchase a subscription.) You can also click Manage Your Subscription from the order-confirmation page or any subscription email.

Yes. In Subscription Management, you’ll see Upcoming Order (e.g. “Next order: 23 Sep”). Click Skip or go to Manage → Skip Next Order. You won’t be charged for a skipped delivery. (Please note: this must be done at least 72 hours before your scheduled order date.)

Yes. Select Show Upcoming Orders and press Skip next to the date you’d like to miss. Your subscription will resume on the following date shown. (Changes must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled order.)

Yes. Click Pause. Your subscription is paused immediately, so no further payments are taken and no upcoming orders are created. You can resume at any time from the same place.

Open Subscription Management.

• To nudge the next delivery, use Skip (this moves it on by one cycle).
  

To change how often you receive it, edit Delivery Frequency (e.g. every 4 weeks), then save.(All changes must be completed at least 72 hours before your next scheduled order.)

On the Subscription Page, use the pencil icon next to Delivery Address, Billing Address, or Payment to update your details and save.

Your card is charged on the renewal date shown under the Upcoming Order. If a payment fails, you’ll be prompted to update your card and the system will retry.

From Subscription Management, click Cancel and follow the prompts. Cancelling stops future renewals; any order already processed will still be dispatched. (Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before your next scheduled order.)
